Anxiety medication

I have been taking a medication for almost a year now (lexapro)

The last couple nights I have been having horrible panic attacks. Chest pain just crawling out of my skin, can’t sleep.

I don’t know if I should switch meds.

What medication are you on and do you have any side effects?

I took one years ago but it gave me suisidal thoughts and made me a zombie. So I get nervous trying new
