Running (working out) and Period Cramps
It never fails , if I workout the day before and of my period I feel SO sick. I usually do 10 min cardio work out wether that be on the treadmill, stair stepper, or random cardio workouts, doesn’t matter, the that first 10 min. is awful. I frequently find my self just making it to a mile then having to stop and run into the bathroom, sit on the toilet, and drink and pour water on my body. It honestly feels like a heat stroke. It’s so weird because after the cramps and nausea blows over , I go right back out and finish the rest of my workout.
Am I the only one this happens to??? I tried looking this up online and it’s not helpful at all. So far all I’ve noticed is that many articles say “your period should not effect your running.” Odd because I always feel like vomiting when I run the day before (and of) my period.
