Ectopic, or normal

First of I have a 4 year old son and I don't remember having any symptoms what's so ever the whole pregnancy. Second time I got pregnant same no symptoms until week 10 I got really bad pains had to go to urgent care and had to have emergency surgery for ectopic. I just got bfp on Monday and Tuesday and I have had brown discharge once or twice a day everyday since Monday. I really don't think it's implantation bleeding. Is it normal for early pregnancy or could I be having another ectopic? Any advise or someone that can relate?
