Am I over weight or just “thicc”?
I am 13 years old, female, 5’5”, and I weigh 160 lbs. That is of course above the average for my age and height, but I’m not actually fat, I think. I mean, my waist is 28 in, and I feel like that’s fairly small. I wear XS-S size shirts, but I am a size 9 in jeans. I could have abs if I just lost 1-2 lbs, and I’m really strong and I exercise. Am I fat??? I don’t know!!!
Edit: My full measurements are 36”, 28”, 36”. I don’t know if that matters. The army body fat calculator says 23% body fat.
