Friend or no?

So my husband use to work with this guy and they became friends. He’s married with 3 kids around the same age as my kids. We all use to go out and do stuff together before we had our youngest and they’re a month apart from their youngest. After the babies came me and his wife would make plans to do stuff and she would just blow me off or I would arrive where we were suppose to meet and she would never show or tell me she couldn’t make it. Then she asked if I wanted to take our smallest babies to this Easter thing and I said yes. Right after she asked me she made plans to go out of town that day. She never said anything to me about plans changing or apologized until a month later. She just invited us to her youngest child’s first birthday party. Should we go or not? We don’t talk anymore, but she keeps inviting us to the birthday parties
