I’m loosing my mind please help me TMI

I’m CD 49 no AF, Negative opk and BFN also .. I have no clue what’s going on with my body or what do to from here I been taking ovulation test just to see if I did ovulate.. according to everything I ovulated sometime between October 7-10. I had nausea on and off but I been feeling better the last two days just super hungry, tired boobs just started to be sore today CM is creamy today and cervix high and firm, it was soft and low couple days ago and cm was watery not sticky just watery.. TMI I was really wanting BD and now that’s gone too .. we have BD every other day all of September right after my period and still now .. help also we have 3 kids and it always taken 1-2 months to get pregnant we have 4 months and 3 cycles ..should I go see a doctor?
