Unexplained infertility-what worked for you?

Question

Conceived before and all of the testing came back normal. HSG, sperm, hormones, egg count. Seeing a new fertility doctor on Monday to see what he suggests. We have tried on clomid cycle with times intercourse. Also two IUI’s with femera. No luck. Thank you in advance!

5years we did it all. We were about to start IVF. I had a Laparoscopy done just to check everything and the doctor told me it will better our chances so she gave me 3rounds of letrazole to take. 
For the first time in 5years we got pregnant right away! Has a chemical but got pregnant the following month. 19weeks today. 
We were both unexplained fertility. All tests came back normal for us for everything
