Preeclampsia

Has anyone else had Preeclampsia here? I had a natural pregnancy and started with a natural labor, but ultimately needed an emergency c-section and was told that all future pregnancies will need to be delivered via c-section one week before my due date to avoid the complications I had, since my Preeclampsia seemed to be brought on by labor. I’m just wondering if there’s anything I can do to still have a healthy and natural pregnancy. For example, low dose aspirin is being recommended to me by a specialist this time to avoid the development of Preeclampsia, but I’ve heard there are risks associated with that. Is there anything else I can do instead?
