What could be going on?

I had my period late but normal and I haven't bled since the last day. Me and my husband had sex the past 2 nights. No bleeding or anything. This morning I wake up and go to the bathroom when I wipe there's brown spotting but it's only when I wipe. Now there's red spotting still only when I wipe.

What could be going on???

I'm cramping but not bad just a ache.

Also not planning but not preventing for baby #2
