AF is 2 days away. usually when I start cramping and have lower back ache my period is usually starting and instantly I have to go get a pad or tampon, I felt a wetness and went to the bathroom to check cause I was almost positive I started my period. well when I checked and wiped I had a watery/creamy cm. the first wipe was the most creamy, after that the remaining of the day it's mostly been watery. but I'm usually very dry before and after my period. and the cramping and back ache only lasted for a min or 2 and it was only once today. I've been fine the rest of the day besides the cm. anyone know if this is a pregnancy sign? I dont really feel pregnant but I'm hoping I am
