Why am I so sad? 😞

One month after my miscarriage...I was around 3 pregnant women tonight. Talk about salt on the wound...I didn’t think I would feel so sad.  😞 I’ve been doing pretty good emotionally lately until tonight...I just needed to vent where I know someone would understand.

My friend just texted and told a group of us she’s pregnant.. It’s crazy the statistics say 1 in 4 women will miscarry and I know of 3 women who are carrying successfully and I can’t help but to the think i’m the (1) in 4 😔😞... Our time is coming again soon 🙏🏾🤞🏾🙌🏾

I know how you feel. A coworker and good friend is due 9 days after my due date. I am so happy for her but it sucks to hear her talking about the anatomy scan and all the stuff she’s getting for the baby. Another coworker just announced too and she wasn’t even trying. Just an oops baby. It’s hard to be happy for other people when you are still mourning your baby. ❤️❤️

I feel your pain. Me and another girl I work with closely became pregnant at the same time. She is still carrying and I miscarried at 6 weeks. I became pregnant again right away and miscarried again at 5 weeks. So this is my third miscarriage total within the last 6 months. So my OBGYN is sending me to see a reproductive endocrinologist to see what’s going on. All that being said it’s okay to be sad. I’m sad all the time but I continue to pray that my husband and I will have a beautiful family one day❤️ Praying for all the other women experiencing the same thing.

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way but it is totally normal. I’m 5 weeks out and some days are better, but I work with a pregnant woman so mon-fri it’s a constant reminder of my loss. I’m going to a therapist next week who has helped a lot of women through miscarriages. I’m hoping talking to someone helps (since it helps to talk to all of you on here). Hugs
