i need help ASAP

Right now my family is in the middle of a renovation and everything is kind of a mess. Right now we are in the middle of getting new washers and dryers so when I ran out of clean sheets I went to my dads girlfriend. she is letting me use theirs until our new washer and dryer get here. Well I'm currently on my period so I put a towel down, but when I woke up this morning there is blood on the sheets. I've tried peroxide but that did not help, what do I do (the sheets just happen to be white)
