Baby Shower Stress

I don't know why but I am so stressed about my upcoming baby shower. I am having it in 2 weeks, Saturday Nov. 10th. My mom isn't great at planning, and we barely have any decorations. My friend and I are making the cupcakes. We don't have prizes, we only have rough drafts of games, and not many people have responded whether or not they are attending which is a problem considering we are having the shower at a restaurant with catering and I need a head count. Also I will be 35 weeks pregnant and I feel like I won't have a lot of time to get what I need after the shower. I know it is supposed to be an exciting time, but I am just so stressed about it. Am I being crazy? Anyone have a similar situation? Anyone wanna share their experiences with their baby shower/diaper party/sprinkle?
