I am honestly about to cry

So my boyfriend and I have been in a long distance relationship for about 3 years now, and we’ve only seen eachother a few times. In the beginning he and I used to text every second of every day and would talk on the phone almost every night, but now we rarely talk on the phone and we haven’t texted in a few days, and my boyfriend will send me a goodmorning text if I’m lucky but then respond the next day. My problem is he’s been going out to dinner with this girl and he says it’s only for some female companionship and there’s nothing sexual going on between them. I’m honestly concerned because I know he loves me but knowing that’s he’s gone a few years without sex is really making me nervous that he might be thinking about sleeping with her behind my back. What should I do?
