who else thinks seeing their SO cry is the worst?

my boyfriend is going through a lot of stuff emotionally right now and the other day he took a suspiciously long shower. When he got out of the shower his eyes were bright red and it was obvious that he has been crying. I pulled him down on the couch with me and wrapped my arms around him and held him like he was a big baby. He broke down and started crying and his whole body was shaking, it breaks my heart seeing him like this.

I’ve only seen him cry once when we argued and he told me how much he wants to marry me, I was moved by his feeling!

For me it depends on why he crying. 
If he crying because he hurting, or something bad happened then it hurts my heart so bad! But if he is crying over a movie or a video or something like that then I find it the cutest thing!

If he is crying because he is sad and unrelated to an argument we are having then yes, it’s horrible to see. When he cries during our arguments, it just irritates me.
