Information. iui with injectables

This will be my 3rd IUI cycle first 2 using Clomid pregnayl/ovidrel trigger shot my 3rd the doctor wants to try injectables. Below is a list off the medications the nurse gave me to check insurance with. Will someone break down the timeline for an iui with injectables? Like when do i go in for my baseline do i need bloodwork. Do i need all below mentioned meds. How many times do i go in for my ultrasound. Any help is appreciated i just want to know what to expect!
