BV and Masturbation

Okay so on Friday my doctor called me and said I had BV. They didn't give me any special instructions, just told me to get the prescription. However, the pharmacy never got the prescription. So I couldn't start and have to wait until Monday to call my doctor and find out why they never sent it. Anyways, My husband and I haven't had sex in a little over a month. He's got a much lower sex drive than I do and since I'm pregnant, I just haven't been in the mood. Well, I'm home alone and bored and I decide to take matters into my own hands. I masturbated with clitoral stimulation only, orgasmed a couple times, and AFTER that I remembered that BV can cause preterm labor.

Now I'm absolutely freaking out because orgasms can cause contractions, which are a part of labor, and I'm scared I just did something that could really hurt my baby. I'm not yet at the point of viability so I'm literally hysterical. My doctor doesn't gave an after hours line. I don't know what to do. Is there a chance masturbating could cause me to go into actual labor since I have BV?
