Where are all the mismatched socks?!?!

Okay can anyone offer friendly helpful advice as to where the mismatched socks go or how you mate them all. 
I have a laundry basket with nothing but socks who has lost their mate and I CANNOT FIND THEM. Plus their just sitting in the laundry room all lonely looking for a friend. 
Do YOU have a system for your socks?

The dryer eats them and spits them out as unmatched tubberwear.

So basically both machines usually have an area you can take apart towards the bottom front...I have never actually dismantled the machines, but if you look on YouTube you can see just how it works!

Use a garment bag so as they are worn throw the match in the bag. Wash the bag then you know everything in the bag has a match.

I voted Dobby has them I'm I only two different colored socks my husband has black and I have white so I never have this problem I've had it in the past and it drives me crazy LOL
