Extreme cramping & pains days after sex

Hey girls so last night I had sex with my boyfriend, i let him finish inside me and I started to experience the worst tightening cramps in my life! Worse than period pains. I slept it off, and now this morning I just feel so sore in my abdomen, hurts to walk, or bend and to pee! Like I feel all bruised up in there or something, we didn’t do it rough so idk what’s happening.

I’m 32 weeks pregnant btw and I’m so worried I could’ve hurt the baby or something is wrong :/
