Stomach pain?

2 weeks and 6 days and just started having pains In my stomach 😥 it started yesterday afternoon but kinda eased up when I ate dinner. Then it can came back after I fed my daughter, an I can't go back to sleep because of the pain.. anyone else have or had this problem at 2 weeks almost 3 weeks pp? I'm calling my ob in morning and might go to the doctors if it doesn't get better 😣 what could be causing this? Any thoughts ladies?
