What to do at hospital if not breastfeeding

How do I prevent my milk from coming in after birth? Did you ladies pump at first then pump less and less? 
This is my second baby and I breastfed my son at first so I have no idea. Also, he was on similac for awhile and did horrible on it. I know every baby is different but can I bring my own formula and bottles instead of those ready made bottles they give you?

Don’t do anything. Don’t pump, express, sit under warm water, none of it. 
Tight sports bra, Motrin, ice packs. Wine if you are into that.lol my on also recommended Sudafed but I didn’t try it

Tell your doctor that you are not planning on breastfeeding before you give birth and ask what your options are. I believe she can give pills to dry your milk up. 
As for brining your own formula, why don’t you see how the new baby does and then if it’s not working switch when you get home? But if your set on using another formula brand cal the hospital and ask.

If you dont plan on doing anything with them dont touch them at all. 
The will go down from swelling. 
If the pain gets too bad get some cabbage leaves and wet them a d freeze them stuff it in your bra.
If you want to try a different route. 
I bought witch hazel pads and put them on my boobs for a couple of minutes and then took it off they were gone the next day.
