Unexplainable pelvic pain

So i have this unexplainable pain... i haven’t gone to the doctor because i don’t even know how to explain it ... but I’m going to try my best if anyone experience something like this please let me know how your experience was and how you solved it...

So basically i have horrible pelvic plain ... and it’s located obviously

Right there..

It’s a dull aching pain and it hurts soooo soooo bad .. it literally feels like the bones are moving and reconstructing themselves

Here’s the crazy part it only affects me at night when I’m sleeping... like i don’t even feel the pain when I’m napping during the day only at night ... and the crazy part is sometimes i notice it’s worse when i don’t shower that day (don’t judge please i have a newborn i forget to shower just like i forget to eat) so i have no idea if it’s bacterial ... or what.. but anyway

It hurts till the point I’m waking up out of my sleep in horrible pain.. the only thing that kinda makes it goes away is walking to the kitchen in back like twice...

I honestly don’t know what’s going on..

Also before you say this .. I’ve experienced this before i was pregnant, while i was pregnant, and now after i was gave birth.. so it’s not due to childbirth or anything like that because I’ve experienced this pain way before i was pregnant so like i said i don’t know what’s going on...

Another reason i haven’t taken this problem to the doctor is because 1. It use to happen every so often. 2. I would honestly forget to mention it because it would only happen at night when I’m sleep and i would wake up in pain.
