Can a pig sense pregnancy?

Question

I have a 2 1/2 year old inside pet pig and she just started nesting outside and inside today and has yet to do this behavior before. They say pigs nest when they are pregnant and we 110% know she isn’t pregnant. I haven’t tested this month yet I’m not trying to stress over it again so I’m just wonder if you guys think she can sense a pregnancy or I’m just over thinking it or if you’ve ever heard of something like this before? Thank you!

Animals are very intuitive. It's a possibility. Just take a test when you can and don't get your hopes up too high. It hurts more when you're really excited.

As a side note, my mother bought another dog for the sole purpose of breeding with our first dog. Once they got down to business, it seemed like it worked out and she got pregnant. She started nesting, she got fatter in the belly, totally showing signs of pregnancy. We let her nest all over the house and we increased the amount of food we give her since she’s eating for 2 (or 3 or 4...) Months passed, but no puppies. I think my mom finally took her to the vet and the vet was like lol no puppies. 
This little shit seriously figured out how to trick us into thinking she’s pregnant to get more food.

It’s possible, but I wouldn’t count your eggs before they hatch. 
There are also multiple cold snaps that will be happening throughout the states. She could be preparing for that too.

I think animals definitely know!!! One of my dogs has been very overprotective of me since shortly after finding out I’m pregnant. Another one has been trying to lay next to me and get his head on my stomach somehow for the last few weeks. Even my cat seems to know because she’s been SO clingy! I think animals absolutely know when we’re pregnant!
This might be a little hard to see, but I’m laying on my left side and my pup jumped up on the bed and laid his head on my right side earlier today.

I’ve always heard that animals can sense pregnancy and even when you are on your period. Only way to know for certain is to test.

This title caught me off guard a bit as I’ve never seen it before. I really don’t know as I haven’t ever owned a pig but I know they’re very smart. My dog doesn’t give a shit I’m pregnant and has never acted differently since finding out BUT she is the queen bee of our house so who knows about other animals.
