Should celebrating Halloween be changed to the last Saturday in October?
I read a thread about this the other day and I was curious to see what you all thought. Should we keep celebrating Halloween on the 31st even though most years it's during the week and kids only have a couple of hours to go out? Or should we acknowledge it on the 31st as Halloween, but celebrate it on the last Saturday in October, so it'll be safer, and so that kids (and adults) have the whole day to celebrate?
