Where does it stop.

Im sitting here on my couch, my husband's head in my lap while is snoozes with tears in my eyes. The last 2 daya his migraines have been horrible went to the ER 2 days in a row. Today finding a diagnosis for years of issues. We had a miscarriage in August and now I wonder, if we ever manage to get pregnant again how will I take care of this handsome man I love to ends of the earth and take care of my farm and a family. Maybe I should just give up on the family idea now he's going to need me.
