A minors nude’s being shared around school

So my friend is 17. Last year she accidentally posted a topless photo on her Snapchat story and didn’t realize until about 20 minutes later. She took it down as soon as she realized, but not before people took screenshots of it. It got sent around school for a while but eventually died down. Now, a year later it has resurfaced again with the football team. She made some of them mad so they were sending it around to make fun of her. She’s so embarrassed and wants it to stop but won’t report because she’s afraid of being charged with distribution of child pornography. We live in Texas. What can be done?
