Napping advice

Hey mamas!

My daughter is 10 weeks old and dealing with bad reflux issues so getting her to eat and sleep enough has been a struggle. Her feedings have gotten pretty short as have her naps.

Lately I've been letting her take an occasional nap on me rather than in her bassinet because I know she generally stays asleep if it's on me. Since she's been having trouble with silent reflux she's been eating every two hours or less. However, when she naps on me she doesn't tend to wake up until I wake her. She can honestly go for 2 hours or probably more if I let her go. Usually if I let her sleep longer, she's screaming and hungry when I wake her so I worry that maybe I should have prioritized feeding over sleeping.

My question is, should I be letting her sleep until she wakes herself up since she isn't sleeping enough most days? Or should I be waking her if it's been 2 hours since she last ate, since she's not eating as much? Am i just worrying too much? Some days she only gets like 10 hours of sleep in 24 hours and I'm honestly not sure how many hours she should be breastfeeding total in 24 hours. 😰

anybody else deal with this?

Sorry everybody, ftm so if this is dumb I'm sorry. 😬 here's my sunshine sleeping on me as I type this
