I’ve always heard that we lose fat in extremities first, like arms, legs and face. Keep at it and you’ll see your waist slim down too :) I also sometimes will wear a waist trainer/girdle and I feel like it sort of helps... it might be in my head, or maybe it’s forcing out water weight, but it makes me feel better about myself, lol.

Sadly we can’t pull fat from one area. You can target it with exercise, but everyone will tell you abs are first made in the kitchen. Just keep losing and it will slowly shave off!
