What if all my babies will have downs?

I had one miscarriage untested. Now my most recent miscarriage has a positive for Down’s syndrome. I’m very disability positive/advocate as someone physically disabled. But now I worry, what if something is wrong with me/my eggs where all my babies will have that condition? I worry about their possible futures and, selfishly, about how I wanted a big family and probably couldn’t handle one if all my kids had such special needs. Anyone with babies with disabilities give me advice?
