26 weeks pregnant with extreme incision pain

I’m 26 weeks pregnant today and for the last two days I have had really extreme pain in my lower uterus/scar area. It’s so painful to the pain where I can’t move my legs and can hardly make any abdominal movement. It literally just randomly happens and once the pain starts it lasts all day. Last night I almost couldn’t fall asleep because of the pain.

Has anyone else experienced this with pregnancy after c-section? What helped you with the pain? A belly brace? Should i go to the er? I’m more nervous about it being a tear or something but think the pain would probably be unbearable if it were. Thoughts?
