So scared of infertility...

I’m so scared of infertility. I have my obgyn check my ovaries and she always says they’re healthy but five months of peak unprotected sex and no baby. It’s so weird. I know they say after a year to seek help but I just don’t know. For three cycles now my period has been irregular and is now at a 23 day cycle! (Came three days early today) and it all just demotivates me. I’m 21 so why is it so hard ugh.
