Bleeding help!

I went to the bathroom to pee and when I pulled down my pants I noticed tiny dots of blood high up on my underwear (like they maybe came out of my urethra and not my vagina). My period isn’t for another week, and I am super regular. Last time I was tested was in August but I’ve been with the same man for two years so it’s probably not an STI. I do get bladder infections pretty frequently but I haven’t had any pain while peeing. I also had sex twice this afternoon, not crazy hard once in missionary and then again about an hour later in doggy. I was wet and I didn’t feel any tugging or tearing. I also peed immediately after both. Any idea what this could be?
