testosterone levels high

So I got some blood work done and my testosterone levels came back really high for a female. The doctor said they are really really high. He told me we needed to do a ultrasound and ct to check if there was a tumor. I am 19 years old I suffer from severe anxiety I was crying all day yesterday but I have been taking my anxiety medicine. Is polycystic syndrome what he was talking about? Are cyst tumors? Can there be any other reason why my testosterone levels came out so high?
