Is my guy being a complete dick

My husband just won £160 and then got his wages and it’s five week month so he has to put less to cover our bills this month he can’t even cover his own share of the bills therefore I’m using what I have left too but I only work 24 hours due to childcare reasons ??? He keeps his money and doesn’t tell me how much he has etc. Where as I have to tell him how much I got etc. My manager is being a complete dick and isn’t paying me when my wages are due which means I get them late which does have an impact as meant to be going to see my family but husband can’t afford the diesel. Nothing I can do xxxxx
