Anterior placenta?

Pregnant with my second but this time with an anterior placenta. My OB couldn't find the heartbeat at 12 weeks and had to use the U/S bc of the placenta (non-issue last time). So I know babe is hiding in there.

Is it possible to feel moment on the edges of your belly in the case of an anterior placenta? I swear I felt bubbles (that weren't gas I think haha)! It would so help my anxiety if I could feel something. With my first I felt flutters at 15 w and I'm 14 w today.
