I want it to go away 😭😭😭

Help me here please! My daughter is 3 and her eyes get like this every other day I can never get it all off the little i do get off she fights me to do so and makes it extra hard. She's ended up having a chalazion due to this on the other eye and now it's all on the other one. What is the best and fastest way to clean it? I legit will have my mom come over and hold her down for me to clean it right I'm just not sure of the most effective way. A wash cloth and baby soap doesn't do me much justice as you can see it's still pretty bad.
