Vegan, or vegetarian? HELP
I’m 16 and I’m living with many health conditions so I can’t eat legumes, beans, corn, soy, dairy, etc. I don’t know how to get my protein. I’ve been doing a vegan lifestyle for the past week. I’m not sure if it would be better for me to revert to vegetarian. I really don’t want to. I don’t want to eat animals. It breaks my heart. I just don’t have anything to eat. Help!
