Stress or burningout

K so this is my week

I get up at like 7ish in the am, get kids ready. Take one child(full day) to school come back home do some clean-up. Deal with two other kids (ages5 and 17 months old) then at 12 i take the 5 year old to kindergarten. Then back home and the 16 month old has a nap so thats like my down time. Then i go pick uo the kids by like 3:15 then on thursdays i start my work week i work thursday and friday night till 11:30pm then dmsaturday and sunday till like 7pm. Im tired. Everytime my "work" week starts i get sick. Like naseaus, headache, like my body just shuts down. I cant tell if my work (which i can deal with like 60 ppl in a 6 hour shift) or just im doing way to much in a week. Like i dont get to sleep in or anything
