Minimum Wage

I’ve recently been job hunting to help pay for college now that my schedule is freeing up, and I’ve quickly learned that most of the jobs that I can get without a degree only pay minimum wage. When I calculated everything out, there was barely enough to pay for my groceries, let alone college.

I can’t help but think that the minimum wage now is nowhere near a livable wage for most, and i was wondering what you ladies thought minimum wage should be. How much do you think it should be? I feel like the time and energy of workers should be worth much more than the $7.25 it’s valued at now, especially at huge companies that have more than enough money to pay their workers more. Or is minimum wage fine where it is now?
