Vaping bad?

I brought a disposable shushe stick (hooka) today, it said there’s no nicotine or tar, and in apple flavoure and I’m an asthmatic but I wanted to try it for the first time, I’ve never smoked or vaped or anything like that, I had maybe about 4 small puffs, I think I’m going to throw it out bc I feel guilty, will this have any long term effects or short term? My throat feels a little different but maybe bc I’m stressing over it
