TTC after hsg scan with high prolactin

Hey ladies can any of you guys help me with abit of help and advice please. So me as my hubby have been TTC for over a year now and nothings happened iv been to Doctors and had what feels like thousands of blood test and everything is normal other than My prolactin levels are very high. my gynaecologist sent me for a hsg scan which I had last week and OH MY GOD I nearly past out with the pain felt like I was having contractions ( iv had 2 babies already)(( trying for a third 🤞boy this time😬)) So has any one had high prolactin and been for a hsg scan been able to get pregnant?? How long did it take to get pregnant?? Did you have to have any help with medication??

My girls are to an ex and my husband doesn’t have any and we want to have one together. He’s been tested and everything is normal.
