Long distance relationship?

Should I go into a long distant relationship? I’m living 12 hours away for university and my boyfriend is staying here at least until his lease runs out. We just don’t know if the risk is worth it or not. Can anyone give some advice?

Depends on your willingness to visit eachother or make time. I was in an LDR with my husband who lived over 20hrs away by plane.
I visited him during uni holidays several times, and then lived there for 5 months after we married, we were separated again for about 6 months waiting for his immigration.
Its hard but if youre committed it can work for sure.

I went into a long distance relationship with my partner for about a year, we are still together (4years all together now), live together and are expecting a baby! It’s really hard i won’t lie, but if you both commit to making the effort with each other (facetime, visits etc) it CAN work!
