Can't put my baby down

My baby is 1 month old and hates being put down. I can put her down for a few minutes at a time when I'm doing something and then she cries. I can't put her down to nap or at nighttime by herself or she freaks out.

During naps, she sleeps with me. I try to transfer her to the rock n play and she lasts about 10 minutes and cries. I pick her up, rock her, and once she's in that "almost asleep" phase, I put her back in. We repeat this...

At night, unfortunately we cosleep (not ideal for me) as we bought a bassinet and she hates it even with a wedge. I bought her a snuggle me cosleeper and she doesnt like it because I'm not "close enough". As soon as I lay her in bed beside me, she's fine and falls right asleep (no judgements on cosleeping please).

Any suggestions? I don't want to start bad habits with her & want her to be able to sleep & nap alone and be okay with not being held. Will she just "grow out" of this stage? I'm at a loss...
