cold symptoms as a pregnancy “side effect”?

i have been sick with cold symptoms since the week of my birthday (9/19), & have gotten no relief. i’ve tried over the counter cold meds & allergy meds to no avail. recently the stuffy/runny nose/head congestion has upgraded to include a low grade fever, ear aches & a throat that feels like its full of glass.

im going back to the dr in a couple hours, & im hoping they’ll give me something, but i’m curious if this has happened to anyone else & what you’ve done to get some relief?

i haven’t been able to get any decent sleep in months because i can’t breathe & i am honestly at the end of my rope rn.
