I want another baby, husband doesn’t..

Those of you that have gone through this problem, how did you handle it? And what was the outcome?

We have an almost 2 year old son. I wanted to have another baby close in age with him but my husband is saying he does NOT want another child because a child is very ‘restricting’ and he doesn’t want to be out further back from his dreams and goals and he ‘just doesn’t see the benefit’ in having another one.

I don’t want one of us to have to be unhappy with whatever decision we make.
