Have any of you ever been used for sex? I recently was & it’s killing me. Tell me your experiences and how you got passed it

It happened last month. There was a guy I met at work and we both seemed to really like each other. Turns out he only wanted me for sex and he actually had a girlfriend. I feel so ashamed of myself for letting him use me like that. I had no idea what his real intentions were or that he was in a relationship.
