Diabetes
Girls, lemme tell ya. Take care of your bodies! Do not malnourish them. Exercise! Eat healthy. Drink water! About 4 years ago I was rush to the hospital. I was super thirsty, couldn’t quench my thirst. I was vomiting. And something just felt wrong. I did not think I would make it through the night. My blood sugar ended up being over 600. For those who don’t know, that’s so bad that i should sand could have been in a coma. I was so scared. Well, it’s been a few years. And there have been ups and downs. It’s has been a huge battle for me. But I am finally getting a handle on it. But for the past few months I’ve actually began to have really dangerously low numbers. Low is just as bad as high. I had never known how bad it could be till tonight. The number dropped to 46. Which, is REALLY low. You should be at 150 to 85. I started to black out. I panicked. I didn’t have any sugar around me and I didn’t know what to do. By that point I couldn’t breath. I was dizzy. And my dad had to spoon feed me. It took a lot of food to raise it.
So I just want everyone to please take care of themselves. No one deserves this kind of pain and sickness.
