What is happening?

It’s been a few days, since i notices these red ‘freckle’ things appear on my face. It’s only in one area and i don’t think the photo really does it justice..
It isn’t painful or itchy and they don’t feel bumpy or rough. Maybe they just are weird freckles but does anything think that it’s an allergic reaction to something or something to do with my skin? 
They literally have no feeling at all and are at one side of my face, so it’s no rush to try and get them off my face or anything, just wondering what they are!

Honestly looks like popped blood vessels to me. I get them after vomiting really hard.

To me they look like petechiae (just the term for when the capillaries bleed underneath the surface of the skin). They’re likely caused be some kind of strain you’ve done, vomiting and weightlifting are some examples. Sometimes you can get them from too much sun as well. But another cause of them could also be infection so I’d keep an eye on things in your body like fever and if they start showing up in other places on your body. Hopefully they should go away within a week or so, as long as they don’t undergo too much strain. They aren’t too bad though if they are petechiae. 
It also does look a little bit like rosacea, but it’s a little more circular and less red than most cases.
Either way, keep an eye on them. If they get worse, don’t go away after a long while, or you develop other symptoms, I’d definitely visit a doctor.
