Happy Screaming 🙉

Anyone else baby screaming when they're happy? My LO has been doing this for months now. We thought we had taught her to stop by positive reinforcement of "good" happy noises and not responding to the screams. But the past few weeks she has started it back up again but it's like she's added a few decibels. She's definitely happy. But it is ear piercing and we just dont know what to do to teach her to stop since positive reinforcement didnt work for very long. Advice???
