Period late for 10 days?

I've got semi irregular cycles but I've never just had this specific thing happen before. When my period comes it comes like a train.

I had spotting once every day for like 4-5 days. It only happened when I wiped but it only happened once a day. Sometimes it was like streaks of blood in white CM. Sometimes it would be dark red almost brown.

My nipples hurt, but not only that they are like almost... like cracking open or something. They aren't crusting or anything but they are splitting open. My boobs also hurt still even after the spotting passed.

I was very hungry during the spotting time

The one thing that threw me off was I had some really horrible cramping one night. I couldn't even move for like 20 minutes and that has never happened to me before. My periods only ever have light cramping.

Some of my friends have suggested maybe PCOS or something. But I'm not sure.
